Plans and billing questions
When can I get Pro or Expert?
They open for sign-up soon. Create a Free account now; once they open you can upgrade from the plans page in the app straight away, without a new account.
How can I pay?
By card, through Omise. Your browser sends the card number straight to Omise, so the full number never passes through Bidtify’s servers — Bidtify only sees the card brand and last 4 digits.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes, every 30 days, and Bidtify emails you about 3 days before charging. Turn off auto-renew any time; your plan stays active until it expires, then switches back to Free.
How is an upgrade from Pro to Expert charged?
You pay only the difference for the days left in your cycle (minimum ฿20) and get Expert immediately. With 15 days left on Pro, that is about ฿500. The checkout window shows the full amount before you pay.
Can I move from Expert down to Pro?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle: nothing is charged when you switch, you keep Expert until the cycle ends, then it renews as Pro at the Pro price.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. A Thai PDF receipt is emailed after every successful payment, and past receipts can be downloaded from the payment history on the plans page in the app.
Does the Free plan expire?
No. Free is free forever, needs no credit card, and shows full details on every property like the other plans.
